independence day :)...

happy 4th of july all...
hope everyone is having a happy and safe 4th of july...
i know i haven't been posting much lately..so let me fill you in on what i've been up too..
cleaning...sleeping...basically...
yesterday i had lunch with a friend who just got back from chi town..and we went shopping and got pedis (pedicures)... so stay tuned for another edition of single chronicles...
and today...i'll be at a neighborhood block party..EATING...maybe see fireworks which isn't hard to see from where i live (near/on the bay)...sigh...might take another nap before i do so...it's about that time ya'll..
anywhoo..other things on the agenda...
tomorrow is my girl kris's b-day..happy b-day girl..can't wait to celebrate:)..
next up is another friend's b-day and daddy's b-day.. so many b-days in july!!!
got my syllabus for my last and final college online course..parenting:family resources.. 6 more weeks and UH i'm DONE!! then it's NCLEX time!!!!!!
got our tickets for NC..leave the 20th of this month..but no fret.. i'll be posting down there too..need internet for my online course:)...(isn't that a wonderful excuse:))...
all to say that i have plenty of material for blogs..just have to be creative and throw around some ideas...but please believe you won't hear the last of me..not yet..i've only started

Talking on the phone today to my sister, she said something to me that struck me. Struck me because it meant a lot. Struck me because just when I thought I was taking a few steps back, I'm actually leaps from where I have been, and stepping further. One step at a time.
